Insulation made with dedication

In 2002, Fetoshi opened one of the most modern Styropor factories, equipped with advanced German technology. In 2015 the company invested in new technology, replacing older equipment with 2015-generation machinery.

Today we manufacture EPS boards for the thermal insulation of buildings, as well as other expanded-polystyrene products — for builders, retailers and private customers.

The process

From bead to board

How Styropor is made — step by step.

  1. EPS beads

    It all starts with expandable polystyrene beads — the raw material of every board.

  2. Pre-expansion

    Steam expands the beads many times over to the desired density.

  3. Conditioning

    The expanded beads rest in silos to stabilise before moulding.

  4. Block moulding

    In the block machines, steam fuses the beads into large EPS blocks.

  5. Cutting

    Blocks are cut into boards of the required thickness and size.

  6. Packing & delivery

    Boards are packed under our brand and delivered to customers.
